Only just got BTSLM on Monday and have only listened to tracks 2 and 3. Curse work and its demands on my time . Anyway what i have heard is testament to the band's ongoing commitment to provide us with quality death metal with all its trappings.

In the unlikely event that this album disappoints, I'm not sure what I'll do, given that there is literally nothing else metal-related on the horizon that shows any promise whatsoever.

Has anyone else got any opinions on the new album then?

I plan on writing an in-depth critique when the album arrives from Candlelight and I have given it enough time to sink in.

I'll make sure to post it here once I'm done.

If the new material is as detailed as "Worlds...," though, you probably won't be hearing from me for another week or two.

haha, well you pretty much know my opinions already
after I have had it and listened to it quite a lot of times now I think it is by far your best album and shows much greater songwriting abilities - in that the songs are more straight to the point and at some points quite catchy as well..
it is a much more solit album then the other two - it isn't too long or too short and the sci-fi sounding bits being used more in the actual songs as apposed to their own seperate ambient tracks is great!! "To Where The Sun Never Leaves" is such a great track!
production is nice and clear as well.. I wasn't such a fan of the production of the last album.. with this album the production makes it sound much more brutal sounding - its great!
