"This is a recording of a live Mithras rehearsal from Nov 2007, recorded straight out of the mixing console to minidisc. We rehearse wearing headphones atm, so this mix is exactly what we hear while playing. It's a mix of loads of songs from our last two albums and some of the more interesting bits combined into one file. The guitars are the album guitars and we're playing live drums / live bass/vocals along to them."

This just represents some bits from a normal rehearsal, not particularly a "best effort".

Damn that was really cool actually, stop being so modest . A video rehearsal would be even more amazing I imagine. Thanks for making and posting this though Leon.

I honestly wish you guys could do a US tour... or I'll just save up enough money for a vacation on purpose to visit a date. The live rehearsal just rubs salt in the wound, but y'know, it soothes well enough in the realization that it's a recording in the end, and some rather nice sounds.

All I can say news wise is we've rehearsing a lot atm... more news to follow in the new year

That rehearsal is really really good. I know that a tour of the US is probably out of the question, but a good DVD would be killer. Obviously getting a talented film crew and quality sound and audio is proabably out of the budget, but man oh man.
