This is the first time I have heard positive things about solid state amps. Everywhere I go I always hear/read how much tube amps are better than solid state. I currently use a solid state power amp in my rack set up which doesnt sound bad. I have been looking at tube power amps a lot (mainly on ebay) and they are much more expensive then solid state but I dont want to spend that much money if its not that much better than solid state.
