Does anyone know any good sites, preferably in Europe for decent metal merch? I know theendrecords is alright for cd's but pretty pants for t-shirts etc.

Cheers

I think the bands official sites are best for merch, as you can get it directly from them.

Apart from that labels are also pretty good, Nuclear Blast sell alot of tshirts.

Believe it or not the NME site merch. section has a fair selection of extreme metal merchandise http://www.nme.com

(yes it is the website of the shitty music mag)

Hmm, not bad. But hold on! What's this? No Mayhem? No At the Gates? No fucking Napalm Death? Brotha, this shit be not tight. A pox on NME, I say. A pox on them, and both their horses. Or something.

Usually, I tend to find that the following formula works:

1. Find a band you like.
2. Find out this band's record label.
3. Check out the merchandise section of that label's website.

Or, of course, lots of bands have links to their stuff on their own site - lots of smaller ones sell it themselves, and will send your stuff in a neat little brown envelope from a wacky foreign country like Norway. Some will even write out the address themselves; something you can treat like a sort of autograph, but with way crappier handwriting. And your address instead of some greeting that you will grin about like some smug idiot who thinks he's the first person ever to get an autograph. Like, Jesus, people.

You have not lived until you have made a Norwegian black metaller slog his way down to the postbox with a lovingly wrapped parcel covered in way too many stamps. This does not apply to Darkthrone, mind. Fenriz works in the central post office. He gets his post on every day. Dude's oldschool like that.

My brother has a Darkthrone shirt (Hate Them, to be precise). I think he got it from PlasticHead. Not sure on that.

You do not need to kill for these things! They are freely available, you just need to think logically! 8)

I beg to differ!

My mate has just about every bloody shirt they have done!

Have any of you heard of those metal clothing merchants, Crave? They've recently done a shitload of metal watches

- Quorthon
- Emperor
- Dimebag Darrel
- Darkthrone

Anyway, my mate also has a Darkthrone watch :p The strap is humongous and spiked, just for novelty/hardcore (depending on how seriously you take wearing spikes) value.
