The line up for Deathfest 2007 is now complete and we are pleased to announce home grown heroes Gorerotted as our headlining band. Gorerotted haven’t headlined a show in their home town of London for years so this will be a very welcome appearance.
Playing before them are one the greatest live bands we have ever seen; Avulsed from Spain. This band should be witnessed by everyone at least once in their lifetime, the pure energy of the band is an awesome experience.
Opening the top set of bands we are very proud to present Cerebral Fix. A blast from the past, they made a huge impression in the ‘80s garnering a deal with Roadrunner and playing live with the likes of Carcass, Candlemass, Bolt Thrower, Suicidal Tendencies and pretty much everyone who was anyone in that time period.
Headlining our middle set is Abaddon Incarnate from Ireland. True masters of savage and relentless death metal and their first return to our shores since 2002.
Screamin’ Deamon shouldn’t need any introduction after much attention from the press and many great live performances. If you’re one of the few people that have yet to see them then make sure you catch them at the Deathfest.
Sarpanitum from Birmingham make their Deathfest debut. Already dubbed by Kerrang! as “the new kings of the British metal underground” they will undoubtedly prove themselves a major force in British death metal
Local boys Fleshrot impressed us with their CD ‘Grotesquely Perverted’, and after a series of successful shows in the London area an invitation to this year’s festival was an obvious choice for us.
Crepitation hail from Manchester and we can guarantee that you wont have heard anything this before. Savage and brutal slammin’ death metal with some of the most over the top vocals to date!
Life Denied from Birmingham open this year’s hostilities playing killer old school Birmingham death metal. Fans of Bolt Thrower and Benediction will definitely not want to miss this!
