Just about to finish up the recording with the vocals and leads, the scratch tracks are sounding awesome!

I didn't mention before but when I finally got round to recording this record, a lot of the faster blasts (under 285bpm 16ths) ended up played on one foot, it just sounded better/tighter. This record has my fastest EVER recorded drumming on it, and definitely some of my best, I'm really pleased!

Fastest feet and hands? Faster feet than the infamous WBTV section? :shock:

My fastest ever recorded blastbeat - 355bpm. Also loads of blasting at 300bpm for long sections, and alternating offbeat blasts at this speed too.

Another kick section at 300bpm (much shorter than WBTV though). Some kick drumming at 270bpm and over for decent durations.

Thankfully it all sounds musical and not like some silly drumming arms race

are you kickin singles or droppin in dbl strokes as well?

I can't do double strokes on my feet past a very short run of them, I never took the time to learn the technique properly. All my kick drumming is single strokes on all records I've done.

No idea atm, still waiting on Sam to record the vocals and leads. I think the drums bass and guitars are with Luke from the Berzerker atm, who is going to sort out some tones for those instruments.
