Rayner is there a particular vocalist/band you sing along to for practising your clean vocals? When I first heard 'to fall from the heavens' I thought it was one of the forefather lads (think I mentioned that to you before). If not are there any main influences/anyone that makes you raise the horns too? Cheeeers! |

Nice question, yeah alot of people have said its very much like the forefather guys and that is a band I really enjoy. When we designed the part it slowly developed into what it became really. I practice my singing to anything I can, if I hear music on and summat sounds hard for me to do, I'll have a go at it regardless of what it is, alot of the time I take the mikey too As for the influences on that part if I was to really point a finger at what I was considering voice wise I'd have to say Keith Caputo on Life of Agonys River Runs Red album, he has a very distintive voice on that album, personally as clean vocals go I think it sounds great. A shame it all went down the toilet after that. |
