Ok I'll base this question around 'Shadows...' as it's topical:

To listen to:

It varies and I really like all the songs on the new album, but I've probably listened to the track 'Behind The Shadows' a bit more than the others, it came out even better than I expected, when the low vocals kick in at the start I always chuckle hehe.

'Awaken Man And Stone' for almost the same reason - that song was the least finished before entering the studio and developed the most when recording. I'd not even heard the bass lines until we tracked them, and they really change the feel of the song and make it much more driving (esp the first riff).

To play:

Atm we're just rehearsing with live drums so I won't mention guitars.

I can drum all the songs more or less the same as are on the album (rehearsing 3 times a week for the last year hasn't hurt in that regard!)

I guess the song I'm "worst" at on drums is 'Awaken Man And Stone' as it's considerably slower than all the others, and to get the exact feel of the one foot blasts in it is quite hard compared to all the blasts in the other tracks but we're still working on it!

The songs I prefer playing are probably 'To Where The Sun Never Leaves' and 'Thrown Upon The Waves' as they're the fastest tracks on the album, and were written towards the end of the writing period, so we've played them less and thus they're more challenging as I've not played them 6 million times like the ones which open the album ;)

Recently we've been playing all of the 'Worlds...' material at rehearsal, just for practice and enjoyment really. I'm really having fun getting to grips with 'The Caller And The Listener' again as that's a monster of a song, but the song I probably enjoy playing the most is 'Psyrens' just due to the awesome feel of the song.
