Mithras would like to welcome Tom Hyde as their live rhythm guitarist. Although quite a few people sent in audio demos over the last few months, only two people made it to the final audition process last weekend. While it was extremely close run between the final candidates, Tom was offered the position. Thanks to Fred Rojas and everyone else who sent material in.
Tom used to play in UKBDM act Sarpanitum and promises to be a great addition to Mithras, who are now rehearsing intensively for their upcoming shows - keep an eye on the Myspace live listings for details. Mithras are looking forward to more accurately representing the material from the records and bringing an extra dose of brutality to future live proceedings. Tom's first show with Mithras will be at SWR festival in Barroselas, Portugal on the 1st of May.
